At the heart of the Nigerian Centenary Week in the USA is the Centenary Lecture. The World class Centenary Lecture will feature:
(i) visionary keynotes
(ii) paper presentations
(iii) panel discussions and
(iv) question and answer sessions.
It will attract the attendance of the Presidency in Nigeria, select State Governors, Ministers, members of the National Assembly, international development partners, captains of industries, CEOs of financial institutions, CEOs of communication and corporate institutions, Nigerian professionals in Diaspora and Nigerian community in the USA and other parts
The Centenary week theme
“The Role of Nigerians in Diaspora in the Socio-Economic Development of Nigeria”
is designed to serve as a platform for the effective mobilization and engagement of Nigerians in Diaspora towards contributing their professional expertise and experience towards the socio-economic development of Nigeria. The initiative will contribute in reversing brain drain into brain gain.
Attendance is open to Nigerian professionals in Diaspora, Nigerian community associations in the USA and other parts of the world, development partners, friends of Nigeria and other stake holders to the Nigerian project.
